Registration
$150 per couple. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations.
You do not have to stay on resort to attend conference. You may come Friday night and return the next day.
Hotel Booking
Group Rate: $189/night (w/ fees & taxes, approximately $230.42/night). You will need to book your hotel room separately. 3C is not responsible for booking or cancelling your hotel room if you wish to stay on the resort. When you book and proceed to check out, it will continue as just a hold on your room but you have until 72 hours before the event to cancel completly and avoid cancellation fees if you don't attend at all.

A list of instructions will be available closer to the encounter. In the past couples bring wedding photos, special keep sakes and flowers. The space is yours to make your own. You can add as much or little as you want to your table.

Per the Hyatt: Any cancellation made after 3pm 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night cancellation penalty. Please reach out to the hotel if you need to cancel your reservation.

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit for the encounter fee. You will need to book your hotel room separately.

Normal check-in is 3:00pm. You can call the hotel in advanced that day to see if your room is available earlier. Even if your room is not available when you arrive, you can still park and enjoy the resort with your spouse. Check-out is 11:00am Saturday morning.
